Being a big fan of Good Eats and AB I'm biased. I have the 3 previous volumes and wanted to fill out my collection. I caution you if you are not into cooking some of the recipes can be a bit different from what they are represented as. Use your head, a few basic tools, and adjust to your stove, skills, and additude. It's just food - don't panic.
